What ever happened to real Amrecian honesty?   What ever happen to people sacrificing for the good of others instead of just saying anything it takes for the moment if it sounds right.  I know there are still some good Americans out there, STAND-UP.  Stand up for what is right not only on the air, or in the news paper but in the super-market and gas line.

I personally believe there are some good honest Amercians left...Stand UP

In the town of Berkley California, at the Alamedia County Records Office.  Anyone and I do mean anyone can walk in to the records office, no type of idenifacation what so ever, fill out a form and receive a new Birth Certiricate.  It's that easy!  I couldn't believe how easy it is.  Let me share this I personally took a man that needed his birth certificate.  We walked into the Berkley Records office, he filled out the form, paid $10.00 and received the desired piece of paper.  Thank God this person that I took there was who he said he was.  The reason I went was to verify who he was if needed.  Not needed.  When we left I was truly stupefied at the simplicity of getting such an important document.  Yes he knew the correct answers, mothers maiden name and fathers name...ect.al
      It would not be much work nor very hard to go to a place and get the death records of some one passed, and do a little home work to get the correct information needed to answer these questions, and bingo you have a new name and a new I.D.     Before 9/11 this wasn't such a big deal because the people that did this did it to make illegal money in some form and usually at some point and time they were caught because of their criminal behavior.
     NOW because of the state of affairs not only in our country but world wide, once a person has this new un-tainted form of I.D.  they can use this clean I.D. to rent an air plane to fly it into a building, or many many different ways to hurt people.
     If this is happening in Berkley Ca.  how any other cities or counties in our wonderful nation can a person walk in and apply with no form of paper work, receive a new I.D.  then off to hurt us?
     My personal opinion and that is all it is because I don't walk in those circles, if the BAD GUYS do their home work and find out the correct answers and receive the new I.D. one more big problem for me and my family.

HOW ABOUT PLACING A FEW IN THAT AREA NATION WIDE.

In the state of California there are 173,000 incarcerated,  the state spends 40 thousand per person per year to house them.  Most of the 173,000 will be coming out on parole with in 3 years.  when they are released they are given $200.00 and sent back to the county of their offence.  With this $200.00 they are told to make a life.
    In the prison they are give the opportunity to go to many type of self help groups, school, drug and acholol counseling.  Millions of tax payers dollars are spent to put these inmates through programs inside the prisons.
 Yes these programs are designed to train and give these inmates the proper tools to make it once released.  The people that are teaching these programs are very qualified, they all hold degrees.  they are funded by the Dept. of corrections and rebilitation.  Great. 
    I used these  services while I was a consumer of the state run hotel California (San Quentin)  I too went to every self help group possible, I went to Patten College.  I was given $200.00 at the gate and told to make a life.
    I have done so.  I now have been free and off parole for 12 years.  I have been doing AFTERCARE(reentry into the real world for 12 years.  I am a Christian and my faith in Christ has substained me.  Everyone that paroles isn't a sold out Christian.  I believe that just because a person doesn't believe in Christ they should still have the chance to make it once they have paid their debt.
    The state of California and every other Dept. of Correction in these UNited States of ours is Getting "the Cart before the Horse"........HOW   they have been failing with their parole system for 50 60 years why because they're putting the CART before the HORSE>..............................it does not matter how much education you give a person, or how many classes you give an inmate on how to not use drugs, on how many classes you teach them on how to not become infected with the HIV, HEP_C....if once they are released they have no where to live.
   If the person that has been given all this MILLIONS of DOLLARS worth of anti drug classes, pre release classes, college courses and they are sleeping in the back seat of a chevy that won't run, or they are having to sleep under the bridge, or they are having to parole to the drug infested home they lived in when they were arrested.  If they are having to return to the same HOMIES they left behind when they were rescued by the police.
   the Cart is before the horse....and a cart cannot pull a horse...failure and failure years of failure millions of dollars being wasted.  Please go to wwwjordancrossingministries.org  we have an 80% success rate of men and women that have been give a place to live when they are released, they are given an post prison atmosphere of men like myself that can understand what they are going through and teach them to deal with it in a positive and mature manner.     Let's stop wasting money....yes they need the programs that they are getting in the prison......but they are in vain without AFTERCARE HOMES.........we spend 40 thousand a year to keep them in,  if we were to spend some to keep them out.  I am ready and have been doing this for 12 years.. without any funding.  We can break the recidivicem cycle.....by having a holistic plan educated the inmates yes but give them a place to transition from prison to the real world.....they are coming out
